Search the country you're visiting and pick a suitable data amount.
2Install the eSIM
You get a QR code by email. Scan it in your phone settings.
3Switch it on when you land
Turn on data roaming for the SkyeSIM line when you land.
4Enjoy your trip

Get your phone ready
Install the eSIM at home over Wi-Fi. Your plan only starts counting once you activate it at your destination, not when you install it.

Internet won't turn on
Check that SkyeSIM is selected as your data line and that data roaming is turned on. Then restart your phone.
QR code won't scan
Enter the eSIM manually: the email has an SM-DP+ address and activation code you can copy into settings.
Data has run out
Buy a new plan for the same destination on our website. It comes as a new eSIM, installed the same way.
Questions about purchase and activation
Most plans activate automatically the first time your phone connects to a network at your destination. Installing it alone doesn't activate it.
