Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from your eSIM order within 14 days of buying it. If you haven't installed the eSIM, you get a full refund; if you have, we refund the price minus the part of the plan you have used. How withdrawal works

Starts with SK-, for example SK-1A2B3C4D5E. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.

By confirming, you send this statement: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract concluded with this order."
