These terms
These terms apply when you buy an eSIM data plan on skyesim.ee. Together with your order they make up our contract. The contract is concluded in Estonian or English, whichever language you order in.
If you buy as a consumer, you also have the rights that consumer protection law gives you. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Each order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. We may change these terms for future orders; the date at the top shows the latest version. You receive your order details by email, and you can save or print these terms.
What you buy
A SkyeSIM plan is a prepaid, data-only mobile internet plan for travel, delivered as an eSIM. The plan page shows its main characteristics before you buy: the destination(s), the data allowance (or “unlimited” and any speed limit after a daily amount), the validity period, the partner networks, and when the validity starts (when the eSIM first connects at your destination, when it is installed, or at purchase).
- The plan includes mobile data only: no phone number, calls or text messages.
- The service is provided over local partner networks. Speed and coverage depend on the network, your location and your device, as with any mobile connection.
- You need an eSIM-compatible device that is not locked to another operator. You confirm this at checkout; see device compatibility.
- An eSIM can usually be installed only once and only on one device. Do not delete it from your phone while you still need it.
- Plans cannot be topped up: when the data or validity runs out, you can buy a new plan.
- We only offer plans for destinations where we are allowed to provide them. Plans are not available for countries and regions under EU or international sanctions.
How an order is made
- Choose a destination and a plan and add it to your cart. You can change or remove plans in the cart at any time before paying.
- At checkout, enter the email address the eSIM is sent to, confirm that your device supports eSIM, and confirm that you want the eSIM delivered and the service to start right away (see Right of withdrawal).
- Continue to the secure payment page of our payment provider Stripe, check the total in euros and pay. Before paying you can go back and correct anything you entered.
- The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then send an order confirmation to your email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if it cannot be fulfilled (for example a technical fault at our eSIM supplier) or if there are signs of fraud.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros (EUR) and are final: nothing is added at payment.
- If you choose to see prices in another currency, those amounts are estimates for your convenience. You always pay in euros; your bank may charge for currency conversion.
- Payment is made in advance when you order, through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland), by card or another method shown on the payment page. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
The eSIM is delivered electronically: we email you a link to your order page, where you can install the eSIM in one tap or scan its QR code. Delivery usually takes a few minutes after payment. If you have not received your eSIM within 24 hours, contact us: we will deliver it or refund you in full.
The order page and the installation details are personal: anyone with them can install your eSIM, so do not share them.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it was concluded, without giving a reason.
Immediate start. At checkout you ask us to deliver the eSIM and start the service right away, before the 14 days are over. This means:
- eSIM not installed yet: you get a full refund.
- eSIM installed or in use: you can still withdraw within the 14 days, but you pay for the part of the service provided until you told us you are withdrawing. For plans with a data allowance this is the share of the data used; for unlimited plans, the share of the validity period that has passed. We refund the rest.
- Plan fully used: the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided, that is, when all the data has been used or the validity period has ended. You acknowledge this when you order.
How to withdraw. Use the Withdraw from contract here function on our website, or send us a clear statement by email to info@skyesim.ee. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days are over. We confirm receipt by email.
Refund. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method, without any fee. The withdrawn eSIM stops working.
Beyond the law: if you have not installed the eSIM, we refund it in full for up to 30 days after purchase.

If something doesn’t work
The service must match the plan as described. If it doesn’t (for example, the eSIM cannot connect at the destination through no fault of your device or settings), you have the remedies provided by law: we will help you get it working, replace the eSIM, or refund the price in part or in full. Please tell us without undue delay, with your order number.
The service is not faulty if it doesn’t work because your device does not support eSIM or is locked to another operator, the eSIM was deleted, data roaming is switched off for the eSIM, or it is used outside the destinations of the plan. We will still help you as well as we can.
Your account
You don’t need an account to buy. If you create one (with an emailed code or with Google), your orders made with the same email address are shown there. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings; we keep order records only as long as the law requires (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for your own use. In particular, do not:
- resell eSIMs or plans, or use them for automated or commercial traffic (for example in IoT devices or for sending bulk messages);
- disrupt or misuse the networks, our website or our systems;
- break the laws of the destination you use the service in.
If an eSIM is clearly misused in these ways, we or our network partners may suspend it, as far as the law allows.
Liability
We are responsible for providing the service as agreed and are liable for breaching the contract as provided by law. We are not liable for damage that could not be foreseen when the contract was concluded, or for a breach caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as a network outage or a government restriction at the destination.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intentional or grossly negligent breach, for death or personal injury, or where consumer protection law does not allow liability to be limited.
Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied, write to us at info@skyesim.ee with your order number. We reply to complaints within 15 days.
If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia, ttja.ee, which resolves consumer disputes out of court, free of charge. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can also help. You can also go to court.
Governing law
The contract is governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live. Disputes are otherwise resolved by the court of our seat (Tartu County Court).
Personal data
How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
